Our apartments are rented in two categories: furnished and unfurnished. In the furnished apartments, the kitchens are fully equipped and the apartment is furnished with furniture and decoration. If you are missing something - just talk to us!

In the rent of the furnished apartments, utilities (water, electricity, heating, internet, insurance, tax) and other costs are included. There are no additional costs.

At our unfurnished apartments, the utilities (water, electricity and heating) will be billed according to consumption.

You will benefit from fresh bed linen and towels every two weeks, which are professionally cleaned by our laundry partner. The bathroom and floor are also mopped!

Each of our apartment buildings has its own laundry room, where washing machines and dryers are available for your free use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

If an unfurnished apartment is rented, you need to bring your own washing machine and dryer, but there will be space for it in the laundry room.

In each of our apartments you benefit from a fast internet connection via WiFi and LAN - with no bandwidth limitations! Fiber connected where possible.

We have a large number of parking spaces in front of the apartment buildings or in our own underground car parks. Those can also be rented independently of an apartment booking!

We also accept payment by debit card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
